Meeting Santa

Nana took us to have brunch with Santa, and Miller was right at home in Santa's arms.  "Santa, I want a new pacifier and..........I can't think of anything thing else.  I just really like pacis."

He was such a nice guy.  I'm glad his belt said Santa, just in case the red suit and bread didn't give it away. 

McCartney preferred Mrs. Claus.  She whispered that she wants a drum set for Christmas. 

Even Great Grandma took a turn!  Too bad Santa's not single.

Twilight, old friends, new babies, oh my!

The Trembley's drove up from Atlanta to see us and visit family for Thanksgiving.  Let's be honest, the real reason they came was for Liz and I to go see Breaking Dawn part 2, but as a bonus, they got to visit friends and family. 

They stayed with Sara and they boys and Rachel drove down with Grayson and Hollin.  It was a big fun reunion and first meetings for Pierce, Miller and Hollin. 

The big kids had an absolute blast together.  I started off with this picture because it speaks volumes.  Look at Landen's hand on Williams' neck.  That is a bona fide wrestling move.  McCartney and Owen called themselves "rockstars" because they are the oldest.

Happy Halloween!

McCartney declared that she wanted to be a cowgirl this year, but she didn't want to be a regular cowgirl. She wanted to wear Marina's colors (from Fresh Beat Band).
So Aunt Em and I got to work with fabric glue and made it happen.

We had a great day with the Sowers family on Sunday. We introduced them to Miller and met Hollin for the first time.

Look how good McCartney is getting at cutting and pasting. When I picked her up at school (Christian daycare) she held this up and said, "it's a gun!" and proceeded to make shooting noises.

Countdown to baby Stutz

We have about a week to go until baby Stutz is due. McCartney has been picking out presents for her baby and talking a lot about the things she'll do as a big sister. We are all so excited!

Emi came home to Indiana for almost a month with Brick and Leo.

We miss them and love playing with them when we can. Sure, they all suffered a few bumps and bruises (from each other) but you know, a little family drama can't be avoided. :)
